Batch Orders
Nok Cosmetics LLC, doing business as Nokmetia, sells products through short batch drops. During checkout, your card is authorized for the selected product batch. This may appear as a pending hold but is not a completed charge. A funded product batch may be captured. An unfunded product batch is canceled with no charge captured.
Cancellation and Fulfillment
A signed-in customer may cancel an eligible uncaptured authorization before batch capture begins. After capture, the returns and refunds policy applies. Product availability, fulfillment estimates, shipping charges, and collected taxes are the values shown before authorization and in the applicable batch details.
Mixed Product Orders
A purchase order can include multiple products. Each product batch authorizes and funds separately. If one product batch funds and another does not, Nokmetia may capture only the funded batch and cancel the unfunded batch.
Coupons and Affiliates
Coupon and affiliate codes are subject to availability, expiration, and abuse checks. Nokmetia may correct or reject an order if a code is misused, duplicated, or applied in a way that conflicts with the intended offer.
Product Use
Nokmetia products are cosmetic personal-care products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Stop use if irritation occurs.
Account and Order Information
Customers are responsible for accurate contact, delivery, and account information and for maintaining the security of their account. Nokmetia may reject or cancel an order affected by fraud, abuse, pricing error, unavailable inventory, or a failed payment authorization.
