Compliance readiness

Cosmetics Labeling

Last updated: July 28, 2026

Launch Gate

Nokmetia treats final label approval as a fulfillment gate. A normal product batch cannot be captured until its formula, ingredient declaration, net contents, warnings, responsible-person details, and physical label proof are approved. This readiness summary is not legal advice.

Label Checklist

  • Identity statement for each product type.
  • Accurate net quantity statement.
  • Ingredient declaration using appropriate cosmetic ingredient names.
  • Business name and place of business.
  • Any required warnings or safe-use directions for the finished formula.
  • No drug-style claims such as treating, curing, or preventing disease.
  • Facility registration and product listing review before live sales if required.

Current Package Declarations

The selected lotion package is an 8 oz bottle and will use a net-weight declaration: NET WT. 8 OZ (227 g). Beard oil will use NET 1 FL OZ (30 mL). The six v1 formulas are version-frozen. Ingredient copy shown on product pages remains a draft until supplier composition documents and the final descending-order declarations are verified.

Formula and Safety Files

The frozen formulas document the current products and do not change their production status. Nokmetia should retain the matching formula ID, supplier and lot records, safety data, applicable fragrance and essential-oil use documentation, finished-product safety substantiation, physical test results, and final approved label copy as part of ongoing production control.

Claims Standard

Nokmetia product copy should stay cosmetic: scent, feel, grooming, moisturizing appearance, and daily body-care use. It should not claim to treat skin disease, infection, inflammation, pain, or other medical conditions.
