What Nokmetia Collects
Nokmetia collects the information needed to run batch orders, customer support, product updates, product-safety reports, and email interest lists. This may include your name, email address, order details, coupon or affiliate code, shipping details when collected, and basic technical information such as browser, device, and page activity.
Payments
Payment card details are handled by Stripe. Nokmetia stores Stripe identifiers, order status, authorization status, and related transaction references, but does not store raw card numbers or card security codes.
If you join a Nokmetia list, Nokmetia may send launch updates, batch reminders, order follow-up, product notes, and related brand emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails. Transactional order emails may still be sent when needed.
Service Providers
Nokmetia uses service providers for payments, hosting, email delivery, infrastructure operations, fulfillment, security, and customer support. Current providers include Stripe for payments and Nokware-operated Hydra agents for email routing and operational notices. Providers receive only the information needed for their role.
Use, Retention, and Disclosure
Information is used to operate orders, prevent abuse, provide support, maintain product-safety and business records, send requested communications, and meet legal obligations. Nokmetia does not sell personal information. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, including financial, safety, and regulatory retention duties.
Your Choices
Marketing messages include an unsubscribe method. Transactional and safety-related messages are separate from marketing consent. You may ask to review, correct, or delete account information, subject to records Nokmetia must retain.
