When am I charged?
Your card is authorized during checkout and only charged if the batch reaches its minimum.
What if the batch misses?
The uncaptured authorization is canceled and no charge is captured.
When does a drop close?
The first successful authorization starts that product batch's six-day ordering window. Nokmetia reserves the seventh day to capture a funded batch or cancel an unfunded one before the card hold expires.
Are these medical products?
No. Nokmetia copy stays cosmetic, sensory, and body-care oriented.
