Report a Safety Concern
Email mishochu@mishochu.com with the product name, scent, purchase or batch information, lot code if present, when use began, what happened, and a way to follow up. Include photographs only when they are useful and safe to share.
How Reports Are Used
Nok Cosmetics LLC reviews product-safety reports, keeps records needed for product safety and regulatory responsibilities, may contact you for details, and may report information to regulators when required. Marketing consent is not required to make a safety report.
