Charges Shown at Authorization
The checkout total shown before card authorization is the maximum amount Nokmetia may capture for that product batch. Any shipping charge or collected tax must appear in that total before authorization; Nokmetia will not add either afterward.
Batch Timing
Nokmetia products are made around short batch drops. Product pages and batch pages show the current estimated fulfillment window. The first operating estimate is 7-14 days after a product batch is captured, unless a product page says otherwise.
If a Batch Does Not Fund
If a product batch does not fund, the authorization for that product batch is canceled. No shipment is created for that unfunded product batch.
Shipping Updates
If Nokmetia cannot meet the stated shipping window after a batch is captured, Nokmetia will provide an updated expected shipping date or another appropriate remedy before continuing with fulfillment.
Addresses
Shipping is currently available to valid United States addresses. Stripe Checkout collects the recipient name, delivery address, and phone number separately for each product-batch authorization. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Contact Nokmetia quickly if an address needs to be corrected before fulfillment begins.

Carrier estimates are not guarantees. Report a missing, damaged, or incorrect delivery to mishochu@mishochu.com with the order email and relevant details.
